Charlotte is the Head of Operations & People for Sartre Group
Throughout her career, Charlotte’s ongoing interest in continuing her management experience has equipped her to oversee the company’s marketing, financial and facilities management. She assists in development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies and programs within the companies.
Charlotte drives employee wellbeing practices within Sartre Group and The Sustainable Partnership, and is trained as a Mental Health First Aider. She also organises a killer company party.
