Leon Devereux is the Founding Partner of Sartre Group and has been in the executive search industry since 2004.
He has acquired a deep expertise in recruiting into hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and investment banks and has an extensive network across EMEA, North America and APAC.
Frankie Fitzpatrick

Frankie has almost a decade of experience in the recruitment industry and heads up the finance desk in the USA.
He has been in NYC since early 2018 where he has a strong network of clients and candidates across the quantitative finance space.

Having worked in technology recruitment for the last 10+ years, Daniel has developed a broad knowledge of the tech industry as well as an extensive network of candidates coming from the very best software and HFT/Fintech companies across the globe.
Jonathan Higgins
Head Of People & Talent Acquisition
Jon joined Sartre at the beginning of 2015, starting his career in technology recruitment. He specialised in placing highly skilled Software Developers into hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks and consultancies.
As Sartre moved out of its ‘start-up’ phase, and began to scale the company out, Jon became Head of Operations where he has worked with all areas of the business to implement clear processes for the back office infrastructure – across Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations and Internal Recruitment.
