Our in-house consultants’ partner with clients seeking counsel and compliance professionals in a broad spectrum of industry areas, including: insurance, banking, technology, Energy, media and retail. The team are regularly mandated to assist in senior level searches, up to General Counsel.

Drawing on the experience of the wider Sartre Group offering, the team have a strong focus on opportunities within financial services and in house positions within the Investment Management sector, across EMEA and North America.

 

Our specialist Private Practice team concentrates particularly on mid-level to Partner moves - working with our mid-tier, silver and magic circle clients (and white shoe firms in the US). Some of our consultants have previously worked within law firms, and the experience and market knowledge held by the team means that they are very well placed to provide practical advice on any potential career move.

 

The team is overseen by Jamie David who has almost 15 years’ experience in the legal profession, having been called to the Bar in 2005 and subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor some years later and going on to work for a number of firms, including Clifford Chance, as well as in-house General Counsel. Jamie brings an extensive network and unrivalled knowledge of the legal sector, giving the team a unqiue ability to gain a detailed understanding of our clients’ business objectives and also of our candidates’ aspirations and career goals.
