Sartre’s Technology team is closely integrated with their clients and looks to find the best talent available in the worldwide Finance and Technology markets. We work with a variety of leading financial companies from small niche proprietary trading start-ups to established hedge funds, top-tier investment banks, HFT firms and market-makers.
The team has a truly global reach; their core clients have a presence across several continents in addition to their local markets. Whether it is Asia or NYC, we do not compromise our standards and build networks with some of most distinguished technologists in the respective region. There is nothing stopping you to facilitate business in other areas of the world. In fact it’s actively encouraged, and you will speak to the smartest people from the top companies, research labs and universities in all these locations.
The team currently has 5 members who are all working to service existing accounts and to develop new client relationships.

We’re looking for consultants who want to excel in their recruitment career and who can think independently, challenge the status quo of recruitment, and attract hard-to-find candidates to some of the most technologically advanced companies in the world. You would be expected to think innovatively, build relationships and speak to exceptional people.
We work to a hybrid search methodology with a heavy research element and look to impress our clients with our subject matter expertise not our pushiness or aggression. There is no “phone bashing” or “hot hours” here. We encourage you to learn, be consultative, and demonstrate a deep interest in the market you’re recruiting for.
Everyone here considers themselves a specialist in the area they recruit. We want to meet consultants who are as passionate and interested about their sector as we are. It is not a prerequisite you have recruited for our markets previously, just an interest in what we do.
You would be joining an experienced, mature and dedicated team of professionals who want you to succeed alongside them and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering to its clients.
The companies we have relationships with and conduct searches for are in the top echelons of their respective industries. You will be seeking out the very best technologists to work for them, rather than working on high volume low margins, you be focused on delivering quality candidates to some extremely well compensated positions. All of our fees sit within 25-30% of total comp and the majority of the roles we source for are a 100K plus.
