You’ll Work On
- Drive an engineering-centric security strategy aligned with enterprise risk and regulatory expectations in a digital assets environment.
- Own technical security risk end-to-end, including threat modelling, architecture review, and clear executive-level risk articulation.
- Embed secure-by-design practices across engineering, from architecture to deployment, ensuring security is integrated early in the development lifecycle.
- Lead incident response and operational resilience with strong technical judgement and calm, decisive execution.
- Build and scale a high-performing security function that partners effectively with engineering, product, and risk stakeholders.

- Deep engineering background (software, infrastructure, or platform) with experience in regulated fintech, exchange, or digital asset environments.
- Proven leadership of security teams within high-growth, scaling organisations.
- Strong understanding of modern security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) and the European regulatory landscape.
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to risk, trade-offs, and security automation.
- Ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders and communicate credibly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
